MCIR is currently experiencing intermittent system issues. MCIR was first reported as being down on 01/31/2024 at 7:30 pm. Reports are coming in that this outage is not affecting all users or all platforms for accessing MCIR. Some users report being able to access MCIR through Microsoft Edge, while others report being able to successfully access MCIR through Google Chrome, and some are unable to access MCIR through either platform. This matter has not yet been resolved. We will update users as new information becomes available.
