As an immunizing provider in the State of Michigan, the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MDHHS) has established the Michigan Care Improvement Registry (MCIR) to record and to access information regarding administered immunizations. Any health care provider who can authorize the administration of an immunizing agent must register to use the MCIR.
